Article 1 (Members)

"Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.

"Member Information" refers to information related to a member's attributes disclosed to the Company, as well as information such as the member's transaction history.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and are the rules to be observed both during and after the registration process.
Article 2 (Registration)

Member Eligibility — Customers who agree to these Terms and Conditions and complete the prescribed membership application will be eligible for membership upon completion of the designated registration process. The registration procedure must be carried out by the prospective member personally. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Please note that applications from individuals whose membership has previously been revoked, or others deemed unsuitable by the Company, may be refused.

Entry of Member Information — When completing the membership registration process, please read the input instructions carefully and accurately enter all required information in the designated form. Special symbols, old-form kanji characters, and Roman numerals cannot be used in member information registration. If such characters are entered, the Company will make the necessary corrections.

Password Management (1) Passwords may only be used by the member themselves and may not be transferred or lent to any third party. (2) Members are personally responsible for managing their passwords, including changing them regularly to prevent others from learning them. (3) Any declaration of intent made to the Company using a password will be deemed to have been made by the member personally, and all resulting payment obligations and liabilities shall be the member's responsibility.

Scope of Information Collected — The user's telephone number (for smartphone users) or the user's mobile email address (for feature phone users).

Article 3 (Changes)

If there are any changes to information registered with the Company, such as name or address, the member must notify the Company promptly.

The Company bears no responsibility for any damages arising from failure to update registered information. Additionally, even when a change of registration has been made, please note that any transactions already processed prior to the change will be handled based on the information prior to the change.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to withdraw from membership, the member must personally carry out the withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal becomes effective upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal process.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)

If a member makes a false declaration at the time of membership application, fails to fulfill payment obligations arising from mail-order purchases, or if any other circumstances arise that the Company deems inappropriate for continued membership, the Company may revoke the member's membership.

If a member engages in any of the acts listed below, the member shall be liable to compensate the Company for any damages suffered as a result: (1) Unauthorized use of a membership number or password (2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website to tamper with information or transmitting harmful computer programs to the website (3) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company (4) Any other act that violates these Terms and Conditions
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

As a general rule, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent: (1) When disclosure is required by law (2) When the Company determines it is necessary to protect the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company

Member information shall be managed by the Company in accordance with the Company's "Approach to Personal Information Protection." The Company may use member information for the purposes of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.

The Company may provide information to members via email newsletters or other means (including advertisements). If a member does not wish to receive such information, they may notify the Company using the prescribed method, and the Company will cease such communications. However, information provision that is necessary for the operation of this service cannot be stopped at the member's request.
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are prohibited for members when using this service:

Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties

Article 8 (Suspension or Interruption of Service)

In order to maintain the service in good working condition, the Company may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice in any of the following cases: (1) When necessary for scheduled or emergency system maintenance (2) When the system experiences concentrated load (3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, or similar events (4) When the Company otherwise determines that a system shutdown is unavoidable
Article 9 (Modification or Discontinuation of Service)
The Company may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by members in connection with the Company's services, including damages caused by system interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss, or unauthorized access to data resulting from failures in communication lines, computers, or other systems.

The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's web pages, servers, or domains are free from computer viruses or other harmful elements.

The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damages arising from a member's violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion and may establish supplementary rules to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Supplementary Rules"). Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect when the revised Terms and Conditions or Supplementary Rules are posted on the Company's designated website. In such cases, members shall be bound by the revised terms and Supplementary Rules.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of first instance with exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
Article 13 (Benefit Services)
Members of this service will be granted benefits and services in the manner determined by the Company.
